Art Production Manager

Bay Imprint is looking for a detail-obsessive, full-time Art Production Manager to reinforce our deadline-reverent squad in Easton, MD.

Responsibilities:

  • preparing proofs, recreating and creating original graphics, scanning art, production design, and file prep for engraving, printing, and embroidery applications
  • producing color separations for screen printing, printing transfers, engraving plates, assisting with vinyl production, and other art production tasks
  • performing some administrative responsibilities such as digital file organization, and cooperating to maintain our internal database of orders
  • interacting daily with clients through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings


Qualifications:

  • 8-10 years combined education and experience in graphic arts or related field
  • Proficiency in Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Familiarity with InDesign, Word, and Excel
  • Dexterity working in PC and Mac environments

  • Ability to multitask and switch quickly between tasks in a fast-paced environmentCapacity to patiently take direction from clients
  • Shrewd proofreading skills
  • Ability to work and troubleshoot independently
  • Desire to work with and create art for different production processes
  • Proven ability to work patiently and kindly with clients

We are currently looking for 1-2 experienced outside sales representatives with a proven track record in the promotional marketing industry to join our quickly growing company.

Alpha Signs and Displays currently services a large majority of the promotional marketing industry covering all of the United States and Canada, however the untouched potential for new and prospective clients is still growing.

What does an outside sales position mean for you?

  • This position will require frequent traveling 80-90% will be travel (all expenses will be covered by company)
  • When not on road you will report to the office to work on finding new prospective clients, events, etc (sales rep does not need to be local to NJ)
  • Tradeshow knowledge preferred
  • ASI,SAGE,PPAI knowledge

The right candidate will be a people person who can think outside of the box while providing top of the line customer service to our clients. We are looking for self-motivated, determined and focused talent, with professional sales experience, who embrace the challenges that come with responding to each customer’s unique needs and desires quickly and effectively. Communication, presentation, design and negotiating skills are also an added plus for the right candidate.

Additional qualities of successful Outside Sales Rep include:

  • Prior marketing and sales experience
  • Must be ambitious and results oriented
  • Ability to network and self-generate new clients
  • This is a salary plus commission position. Experience will be rewarded.
  • Driver’s license, auto insurance, and vehicle required
