Fewer, Faster, Finer:
3 Keys to Promotional Products Success
Your customer wants you to provide them what they want, they want it delivered yesterday, and they expect the customer experience, product decoration and product quality to be top notch. If you can't provide it, they'll find someone who will. That's a dramatic change from 40 years ago, when lead times averaged 6 to 12 weeks, product selection was limited and no one even knew what phthalates were.
In this session, learn what has driven this change in our marketplace and in customer behavior, and how to position your business, whether supplier or distributor, to deal with this new, increasingly more demanding customer by focusing on the principles of FEWER FASTER FINER.
